OMS Public Safety Harness has been designed to meet the specific needs and requirements of public safety divers worldwide. The stainless steel backplate is adjustable to fit all range of divers heights. The Safety Harness uses special stainless steel hardware for long life in extreme conditions and can lift a total of 600 kg at one time.OMS recommends OMS Ocean or Deep Ocean Chemical resistant wings. All OMS Wings are compatible.
The OMS Ocean Wing is made of chemically resistant materials and is specifically designed for the Public Safety Diver (PSD). Ideal for use in hazardous material environments. Coated front and back with 4.9 oz TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), it is resistant to chlorine, oil, grease and other hydrocarbons.The Ocean-Wing is designed primarily for dual units and does not have the retraction strap system. This makes the wings an excellent choice for repeated use in the pool, as they last longer and do not fade as quickly as traditional nylon and Cordura materials. The Ocean wing is designed primarily for doubles and does not have the retraction strap system. The inner bladder is made of polyurethane material with ultrasonically welded seams and hardware for added strength.
